TERMS & CONDITIONS – AEO COURSE

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into between:
Hintonn, a brand of CustomerLab Technologies Private Limited, owner and provider of the proprietary AI Engine Optimization (AEO) Training & Certification Program (“Course”), having its principal place of business at:

(“Hintonn”, “Provider”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”),
AND
The Client identified during the subscription/ purchase process (“Participant”, “You”, or “Your”).
Effective Date: The date of subscription/enrollment commencement.
 
1. Eligibility & Registration
1.1 The Course is intended for individuals aged 18 years or above. Participants under 18 may enroll only with parental/guardian consent.
1.2 Participants must provide accurate and complete registration details and maintain only one account. Sharing or transferring access is prohibited.
 
2. Course Ownership & Content
2.1 The Course and all related content are designed and owned by Hintonn.
2.2 Delivery may include AI-generated presentations or third-party tools, which are illustrative only.
2.3 Third-party case studies, examples, or trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
2.4 The official Course Guide PDF forms part of this Agreement and shall be treated as the authoritative reference for curriculum and content.
 
3. License to Use
3.1 Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the Course for individual learning.
3.2 Participants shall not:
(a) copy, record, or redistribute Course materials;
(b) use the Course to deliver training, consultancy, or commercial services without prior consent;
(c) screen-scrape, bulk-download, or store materials beyond personal use;
(d) claim ownership or authorship of Course content.
 
4. Fees & Refunds
4.1 Enrollment fees are payable in advance.
4.2 Fees are non-refundable, except where:
(a) Hintonn cancels or materially alters the Course; or
(b) applicable consumer protection laws require a refund.
4.3 Fees exclude applicable taxes, which remain Participant’s responsibility.
 
5. Certification & Badges
5.1 Upon successful completion, Participants may receive a Certificate of Completion and/or Digital Badge.
5.2 Certificates and badges are personal and non-transferable.
5.3 Hintonn may revoke a certificate or badge in cases of fraud, plagiarism, or misconduct.
 
6. Confidentiality, Non-Disparagement & Intellectual Property
6.1 Course materials, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Hintonn.
6.2 Participants may share personal insights but not proprietary content.
6.3 Confidentiality obligations survive for five (5) years, and indefinitely for trade secrets.
6.4 Participants shall not disparage or misuse Hintonn’s materials in public forums.
6.5 Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of materials will result in termination of access and expose the Participant to liquidated damages equal to three times (3×) the enrollment fee, plus injunctive relief.
 
7. Data Privacy & Marketing
7.1 Hintonn will process Participant data solely for course delivery, certification, and communication.
7.2 Data will be handled in accordance with India’s DPDP Act, GDPR (if applicable), and industry standards.
7.3 Unless opted out, Participants grant Hintonn the right to use anonymized testimonials or feedback for marketing.
 
8. Conduct & Access Rules
8.1 Participants must behave respectfully in all forums or interactions.
8.2 Prohibited conduct includes harassment, plagiarism, impersonation, or misuse of peer information.
8.3 Participants may not solicit Hintonn’s trainers, mentors, or staff for outside projects.
8.4 Hintonn may suspend or terminate access without refund for misconduct.
8.5 Access is limited to [X months] from enrollment, unless otherwise specified.
 
9. Disclaimers & Warranties
9.1 The Course is for educational purposes only. It does not guarantee business outcomes, rankings, or employment.
9.2 AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; the Course Guide PDF is the authoritative reference.
9.3 Technical failures (platform outages, internet disruptions) do not entitle Participants to refunds.
9.4 Third-party references are illustrative only and may not be current.
 
10. Liability
10.1 Hintonn’s liability is capped at the enrollment fee paid, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence.
10.2 Hintonn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
 
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India.
11.2 Disputes shall first be raised with Hintonn support.
11.3 If unresolved, disputes shall proceed to mediation, then arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in New Delhi, in English, before a sole arbitrator appointed by the Delhi High Court.
11.4 Arbitration proceedings shall remain confidential.
11.5 Claims must be raised within six (6) months of course completion.
 
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 Force Majeure: Neither Party is liable for delays caused by events beyond control. Payment obligations remain unaffected.
12.2 Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of the Agreement.
12.3 Waiver: Failure to enforce rights does not waive future enforcement.
12.4 Entire Agreement: This document supersedes all prior communications.
12.5 E-signatures/Clickwrap: By clicking “Agree & Continue,” you accept these terms with the same legal effect as a signed contract.
